I was watching tv when I saw P90X, and it looked like it might work. I’m only 15, can I still use it to its fullest? Does the diet plan tell you to eat the same thing everyday? The videos are 0 plus shipping, and you need a set of dumbells, resistence bands, and a pull up bar right? So how much is it going to really cost in all? How much time a day does it tell you to do this for? I’m 15 and have a lot more time on my hands then adults but i still can’t spend three hours a night doing this. Does it leave you drained the rest of the day? I have other sports I need energy for too. Be free to say anything I missed, if there is something wrong with it I would like to know about it please. Thanks! ![]()

P90X is definitely the real deal. Over the past 2 and a half years, I’ve been doing this product and others from the company that created it, and I have lost a total of 80 lbs. You will need at least a set of dumbbells, or the resistance bands, and a pull-up bar. Million Dollar Body sells the bands and the pull-up bars. A set of bands can run as high as $80 unless you are a club member (in which case you get a 10% discount), and the pull-up bar costs $45. So you may be looking at a total of around $250 all together if you have to purchase everything. Like I said, it’s well worth it. As far as the length of the workouts, that can vary. They usually run at least an hour long, there is however one that is 1 and a half hours long, and that’s the Yoga.
You can visit my site for more information as far as what other products I’ve used and information on the products as well.
